No need to fear BlockBear is here!

With almost perfect timing, the makers of TunnelBear, my favorite VPN service for iOS, have released BlockBear.

Peace, the content blocker from Marco Arment which I touched on briefly in an early post as the app I was using for ad blocking, was pulled by Marco earlier today. I was really disappointed with this decision and although I understand where he is coming from, I ultimately disagree with his decision. In my opinion, he was doing it the right way and shouldn’t have backed down.

Either way, there are still a lot of other content blockers flooding the App Store, and I was super excited to see BlockBear released shortly after I heard about Peace being pulled.
